UPDATE JUNE 2004: PRAISE THE LORD FOR ANSWERED PRAYERS!!
"Dear beloved prayer warriors for Lillian,
We have great news. Lillian is "cancer" free. The doctor did not believe with the condition that Lillian was in with below minimum weight of 80 lbs, on top of a broken left shoulder and right leg while she was in her 4th stage of Cancer, to be healed. At the time, she had a lung infection too which healed just a month ago. 3 weeks ago the doctor said that Lillian had 3 months to live. However, today, the doctor discovered she is totally cancer free. Now, the doctor says Lillian needs to gain 20 lbs before she can get the surgery for her shoulder. It has been overdue since last November. Lillian is planning on to get back to her Nursing study this fall at a Christian university.
Thanks to be and praise our Almighty God for using you mightily. It has been a blessing for all of us for your participation of this great testimony in the making. We thank God for having you be part of this success story. May God bless and watch over you and your family in this falling world. Remember, God is real and mighty and in control. Our part is to abide in Him daily in all things through all things."

"Please pray for 18 year old Lillian. She is currently fighting 3rd stage of Cancer. She started chemotherapy just recently. She also has a lung infection since last November. On top of that, her shoulder has been dislocated since November and is overdue for surgery but cannot have it until she is done with the chemotherapy. She has not been able to eat or drink properly since 4 months ago as well.
She is God's child and has read the bible several times since she was 12 years old. Her mom died when she was only 2 years old. She is a very bright girl. Please pray for her.

"Please pray for my husband, Michael, who is undergoing chemotherapy for prostatic cancer. He just started his treaments. His doctor is very hopeful the treatments will shrink the areas that have spread. My husband is feeling pretty good right now, but he just started and we know it will get worse as he takes more treatments.
We were childhood sweethearts and although have known each other more than 40 years, we have only been married a year. Thank you for your help. Susan"

"My wife, though she attends church with me and reads the Bible, is very
verbally abusive and uses some of the most foul language imaginable to cut me down.
I sometimes wonder if it would be better to end my life, although I
clearly understand that isn't the answer. I would certainly lay down my life
for hers if it would save her soul, but praise God, Jesus already did that. I
do love the Lord Jesus, and hope that he hears my prayers for my beloved wife.

"I would like to ask you all to pray for a friend of mine from my hometown who had knee replacement surgery yesterday. His oxygen level dropped to a very dangerous level and he went into a coma. He is in ICU right now. However, he talked to people this afternoon. Please pray that the doctors will know what to do and he will be able to make a full recovery. Thank you for praying for him. "Please pray for some very dear friends our ours. He lost his first wife to cancer in 2000 and is now remarried and he is expecting his 4th baby with his new wife (this is her first). They found out that the baby has a very bad genetic disorder - trisomy 18 - and the baby is not expected to live until its due date or if it does it will die within the first couple of days after birth. This is very hard on them (Bill & Cheryl) and the children (John, Nathan and Emma). They are worried about the baby and their new mommy after losing their first one.

One of the member's nephew, Matthew, was involved in a severe car accident recently. The child is apparently stable but not out of the
